Frequently asked questions
Short answers to what people ask most. Anything else, email team@greatcallathletics.com.
What is WrestleHero?
WrestleHero is a free wrestling site for fans, athletes, parents and coaches. It brings college, high school and international wrestling into one place: rankings, schedules, results, team pages and a career profile for every wrestler we can verify.
How often is it updated?
Result and ranking feeds are checked several times an hour during the season. Rosters and headshots are refreshed every week through the season.
Is WrestleHero free?
Yes. Every page is free to read, with no paywall and no app to install.
Do I need an account?
No. You can follow teams and wrestlers without one; your follows are saved in your browser on that device. Accounts for posting in the Mat Room forums are rolling out.
Something on a profile is wrong. How do I fix it?
Email team@greatcallathletics.com with the link to the page and what should change. If you have a link that shows the correct information, include it. We review every request and correct verified mistakes, usually within a few business days.
Can I have my profile or photo removed?
Yes. Athletes, and parents of athletes under 18, can ask us to remove a photo or a profile by emailing team@greatcallathletics.com from an address we can reply to. We will confirm and act on it promptly.
Is WrestleHero affiliated with any school or organization?
No. WrestleHero is independent. School names and logos belong to their institutions and are used only to identify teams.
What levels of wrestling do you cover?
NCAA Division I college programs, national high school rankings for boys and girls, and international senior wrestling in men's freestyle, women's freestyle and men's Greco-Roman, with each style kept on its own tab.
How do I get in touch?
Email team@greatcallathletics.com. It reaches the WrestleHero team directly.
