Privacy policy
Effective October 16, 2026. The short version: we collect very little, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
Who we are
WrestleHero (wrestlehero.com) is operated by Great Call Athletics, Holbrook, New York. Contact: team@greatcallathletics.com.
Browsing without an account
You can use WrestleHero without signing in. Teams and wrestlers you follow, and display preferences, are stored in your browser's local storage on your device. They are not sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes them.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure page speed. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors and does not build profiles of individuals; we see only aggregate numbers such as page views, referring sites and countries. We do not run advertising trackers.
Accounts and forum posts
If you create an account, we store your email address, the display name you choose, your follows and anything you post. Your display name and posts are public; your email is never shown. You can delete your own posts, and you can ask us to delete your account.
Server and security logs
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. These logs are kept for a limited time and are not used to identify you.
Wrestler information
Wrestler profiles contain publicly available athletic information. Athletes, and parents or guardians of athletes under 18, can ask for a correction or for a profile or photo to be removed by emailing team@greatcallathletics.com.
What we never do
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We do not share it with advertisers.
- We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Children
WrestleHero is a general audience site. Accounts are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing team@greatcallathletics.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, note it on the site.
